How Does Environmental Toxins Today Affect You?

Today, people are accumulating toxins in their bodies faster than they can be eliminated.

Currently, the world had created an environment in which we are exposed to toxic chemicals, pesticides, pollutants, pharmeceuticals, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food additives we eat, paints, household cleaners, dry cleaning fluid and petroleum products.

Exposure comes from today's diet which includes combination of refined and processed foods, excess fats, caffeins, alcohol and tobacco smoke. These toxins and pollutants are difficult for our bodies to break down.

The result is we accumulate toxins much faster than we can eliminate them.

Studies have performed over the past decade to determine the dangerous effects of bioaccumulation on our health. The results are not encouraging, and a threat to our health such as decreased immune system function, hormonal dysfunction, neurotoxicity, psychological disturbances and cancers.

The consumption of organic foods for nutrients or Organic nutrition and Detoxification therapy work together to rid the body of foreign substances and reduce the rate of bioaccumulation.

Certified organic foods have no pesticides, chemicals or additives. In fact, the general environment is regulated for organic foods farm. There are limits as to the numbers of planes which can fly over the land on which the food is grown. These organic foods provide superior nutrients and introduce virtually zero pollutants into your body.

Detoxification therapy works to rid the body's toxins and pollutants. This helps the body's natural processes for breaking down and eliminating foreign substances through the kidneys, the liver, urine, faeces, perspiration and exhalation.

Detoxification is a cleansing process which removes toxins and waste products from our bodies. The body's natural immune system and organs are no longer stressed and overworked to eliminate toxins.

Therefore, the rapid rate of bioaccumulation which results from living in today's polluted world can be reversed.
